These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the SuperMind Education platform, which is operated by SuperMind Global Limited (“SuperMind”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using any part of the SuperMind Education platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Registration & Account Eligibility

Students: Anybody may register and operate as a student.

Instructors: Only legitimate instructors of schools or private institutions may register and operate under the Instructor Dashboard. Accounts created for fraud, impersonation, gaming, or other insidious acts may be permanently deleted and may be reported to relevant authorities.

2. Uploading of Videos & Lesson Content

Instructors may upload classroom teaching videos to YouTube and paste the video link on SuperMind to earn revenue.

Each video can be marked as:

• Free on our site only: the instructor may set the YouTube video to Unlisted or Private so that students mainly access it through SuperMind. Earnings (where applicable) will route through our platform.
• Public on YouTube: the instructor may choose to earn via YouTube Ads and our platform. In this case, the video must be set to Public on YouTube.

Students are not allowed to upload an instructor’s video or materials without the instructor’s consent. Revenue from such unauthorised uploads will not be paid. Revenue is paid only to verified instructors (see the Instructor Dashboard for verification status and requirements).

3. Exam Results & Grading

Instructors may upload pictures or scanned copies of student exam scripts individually or in batches. Every script must clearly include:

• Student’s first name
• Student’s last name
• Student’s exam number (or unique identifier)

These identifiers are required for accurate concatenation, grading, and result display. Uploading multiple scripts that lack proper identification may lead to rejection or invalid grading.

4. Storage, Access & Retention of Exam Scripts

Exam scripts (image or document uploads) are stored on our systems or trusted cloud storage providers for 30 days after upload and are then permanently deleted.

Other exam data such as scores, records, and related metadata remain stored securely in our database and are not tampered with. These records are used to allow schools, instructors, and students to access their performance history.

To view results on SuperMind, students must provide:

• Their exam number
• First name
• Last name

These details must match the information used during the exam and on the uploaded scripts.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to use SuperMind to:

• Impersonate schools, instructors, or students.
• Upload illegal, defamatory, hateful, or harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass security, hack, or disrupt platform operations.
• Upload exam scripts or materials they are not authorised to handle.
• Exploit the system for cheating, academic fraud, or result manipulation.

Violations of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination, and may be reported to institutions or relevant authorities where necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

The SuperMind Education platform, including its design, software, logos, branding, systems, and related technology, is owned by or licensed to SuperMind Global Limited. Users must not copy, resell, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer the platform except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

Instructors retain rights to their original teaching content, subject to any separate agreements with their schools or employers. By uploading content, you grant SuperMind Global Limited a licence to host, process, display, and deliver that content to students within the SuperMind Education platform for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

SuperMind Global Limited provides the SuperMind Education platform “as is” and “as available”. While we work to keep the Service reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all content, AI-assisted outputs, grading results, or other information will always be free from inaccuracies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SuperMind Global Limited will not be liable for:

• Loss of data caused by user error, expired storage periods, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Decisions made by schools, instructors, students, or other users based on information provided through the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, to the extent such limitations are permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect new features, operational changes, legal requirements, security practices, or changes to the SuperMind Education platform. When we do so, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of SuperMind Education after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform.
