Schools and educational institutions handle many important academic activities every day, including examinations, assignments, classroom scheduling, academic communication, learning materials, and the distribution of educational content.
SuperMind Education brings these activities together in one digital platform designed around the real needs of schools, instructors, and students.

SuperMind’s AI Grading Engine allows instructors to automatically grade theory examination scripts using a marking scheme defined by the instructor.
After a theory examination, the instructor can scan or photograph students’ examination scripts and upload them through the instructor dashboard. Scripts can be uploaded all at once or in batches.
Before grading begins, the instructor provides the marking scheme or rubric that the AI must follow. The marking scheme can be entered directly or uploaded as a text document.
For example, an instructor grading a Biology examination for 100 students might provide the following marking scheme:
Question 1: If the student clearly explains photosynthesis, award 10 marks.
Question 2: If the student correctly writes the equation for photosynthesis, award 20 marks.
Question 3(a): If the student draws a human skeleton and correctly labels all the required parts, award 20 marks.
Question 3(b): If the student correctly labels the knee bone, award 5 marks.
The AI uses the instructor’s marking scheme as the rules for grading the students’ answers and awarding marks.
During processing, the AI extracts the exam number written in the header of each student's script or page. Students are therefore expected to write their exam number clearly at the top of every examination page.
The AI grades the uploaded pages and uses the extracted exam numbers to identify and combine pages belonging to the same student. This allows large numbers of examination scripts to be processed even when they are uploaded in multiple batches.
After grading, the system organizes the students and their scores into a tabulated result sheet that the instructor can print for official recording.
Student names do not need to be extracted from the handwritten examination scripts. Instead, the system uses the exam number to associate the graded result with the corresponding student account, where the student's registered name is already available.
From the student dashboard, each student can use their exam number or registration number to access their examination results. Students can view their graded scripts, results, scores, feedback, and the mistakes identified during grading.
The instructor can also print a complete result sheet containing the students' registered names and their corresponding examination scores.
SuperMind provides access to educational materials publicly shared by students, instructors, schools, and educational institutions around the world.
These resources may include students’ assignments and academic projects, instructors’ academic papers, research works, books, course materials, and other publicly shared educational resources.
Using the search feature on the SuperMind homepage, users can search for a course, subject, topic, or educational material.
Relevant publicly available educational resources shared through SuperMind can then appear in the search results for users to access, read, and download for free.
This creates a growing academic knowledge base where students, instructors, researchers, and members of the public can discover useful educational resources contributed by institutions and academic communities around the world.
SuperMind allows instructors to book classrooms and lecture halls directly through the platform.
To create a booking, an instructor enters or selects the school hall or classroom, chooses the appropriate day, and specifies the teaching time.
Before accepting the booking, the system checks for scheduling conflicts.
A conflict is detected if another instructor has already booked the same classroom or hall for the same period. The system can also detect when the students scheduled for the class are already expected to attend another class with another instructor at the same time.
If no conflict is detected, the timetable booking is saved.
Recurring classes can remain permanently scheduled for the same day and time every week until the instructor modifies or removes the booking.
Students can view their scheduled classes directly from their dashboard, making it easy to see their daily and weekly timetables.
SuperMind allows students to submit assignments and academic projects online.
Students can attach different types of supporting materials to an assignment, including PDF documents, images, files, video links, and other supported assignment materials.
Each submission is associated with the appropriate course or subject.
From the instructor dashboard, the instructor can select Mark Students’ Project to view a tabulated list of students who have submitted their assignments.
Each student appears in a separate row together with their submitted materials. The instructor can open and review the student's PDFs, images, files, video assignments, and other submitted work before grading the assignment individually.
After grading, the instructor can print a result sheet containing the submitted assignments and their corresponding scores.
Students can also access their graded assignments from their own dashboards, where they can view their marks, feedback, and submitted work.
Instructors from different schools and educational institutions can share classroom video lessons with students and learners around the world.
During classroom teaching, instructors can record their lessons and upload the videos to the platform. These video lectures can be made available either for free or on a subscription basis, depending on the instructor’s preference.
This gives instructors an opportunity to reach more learners beyond their physical classrooms and institutions, while allowing students to access educational video lessons from different instructors and schools anytime and from anywhere.
SuperMind Chats provides a school-focused communication platform where students can share information, academic updates, notes, files, and other educational content with the appropriate members of their school community.
Rather than making every post visible to everyone, SuperMind Chats organizes communication using educational scopes.
When a student posts under the School scope, the post can be seen by students within the same school.
When a student posts under the Faculty scope, the post is visible to members of the same faculty within that school.
When a student posts under the Department scope, the post is visible to students in the same department and school.
When a student posts under the Level/Year scope, the post is visible to students in the same academic level or year.
For secondary and high schools, students can use the Class scope so that posts are visible to members of the same class.
For postgraduate education, the Program scope allows posts to be shared with students in the same program of study within the same institution.
Through these structured scopes, SuperMind Chats provides a social-media-style communication experience designed specifically around the way schools, universities, faculties, departments, programs, classes, instructors, and students are organized.
